The surge in on-chain activity was accompanied by a sharp increase in the cost of gas - up to 10,000 Gwei and above. Despite the revival in the Fantom blockchain, average daily transaction fees remained virtually unchanged.
The developers of ChatGPT and Bard were accused of stealing content from the media. Members of the News Media Alliance, which includes nearly 2,000 newspapers and news resources in the United States and Canada, were outraged by the use of their content by OpenAI and Google to train chatbots.
